Open your support ticket by writing an email with as much details as possible to support@tppr.com

Make sure to include the problem on the title, and your contact information in the email body, as well as, screenshots and software involved.

Step 2: Support team check

Our support team will verify your request and assign it to a specialist in the field of your request.

Step 3: Call from support

You will receive a call from our support team and establish the next steps. Weather its a visit or instructions and steps to take action on your request.

Step 4: Resolve or escalate

Your support request should be solved, but if necessary, we will bring in a senior consultant or an additional specialist to help with the request and solve the issue at hand.
